As a documentary filmmaker, producer, and entrepreneur, Dan began his career ten years ago as an editor. Since then he has launched four companies while producing content for Red Bull, Malibu Boats, TaylorMade Golf, and Chick-Fil-A. Dan is uniquely suited to understand bold, creative artistry while never forgetting the needs of the business and ROI.

Partner | President of Ritual
Carson oversees all production coming out of Ritual. He is represented as a Director of Photography by Radiant Artists, based in LA. Select clients include: Pizza Hut, ESPN, Facebook, Spotify, Audi, and Twitter.
Lauren Schleyer
Partner | VP of Advertising
Lauren leads our digital agency. Bringing in a decade of experience working from both the client and agency side, she understands the content and strategy that brands need to elevate their KPIs. Her expertise lies in digital marketing, social media strategy, influencer relations, live events and content development, and she has worked for brands spanning across e-sports, professional and college sports, music and Fortune 10 companies.

As a well-rounded, multi-disciplinary creative, Andrew leads the direction of brand + design. His work (spanning creative direction, art direction, design, and photography) has appeared in Vogue, WWD, W Magazine, Refinery29 and Bloomingdale’s.

VP of Operations
As the VP of Operations, Audrey oversees the success of our team and the success of our clients. She brings over a decade of team, client and vendor management, ranging from national conferences and street festivals, to studio and live performance events.
Bailey Neal
Digital Media Director
Bailey has worked in an agency setting for her entire career, counseling clients on all things social and digital. With her roots in analytics (or professional internet stalking, as she explains it) she brings the strategy to innovation and takes a data-first approach to building boundary-pushing campaigns. Her expertise lies in entertainment, influencer relations, and generational behavioral marketing. Past clients include AT&T, DIRECTV, Amazon Prime Video, General Motors, Chevrolet, FedEx, Google and YouTube.
Tanya Martineau
Head of Production
The Head of Production for Ritual, Tanya is an award winning photographer, non-profit co-founder, and sought after producer/director. She has traveled to 27 countries, where she has created powerful films to effect change. Her clients include Rugby World Cup, NBC Sports, National Geographic, World Vision, Food for the Hungry and Chick-fil-A. When not producing films, she makes pottery, does martial arts, and brews the best homemade kombucha you’ve ever tasted!
Ian Maney
Senior Editor
As an editor, Ian has worked with a variety of clients both as a freelancer and with Oust, including AT&T, Twitter, MLS, NBA, and Chick-fil-A. His hobbies outside of film include playing guitar and watching soccer.
Josiah Selvig
Filmmaker
As a filmmaker and certified commercial FAA drone pilot, Josiah seeks to put passion and purpose behind every project he is a part of. He specializes in making brands *pop* on social media through creative ideas and consistently engaging content. His camera and drone work have served many clients such as Twitter, AT&T, MLS, MLB, Cricket Wireless, and Chick-fil-A.
Chantelle Fandino
Lead Social Media Manager
Our Lead Social Media Manager Chantelle has years of marketing experience in the retail, food + beverage, lifestyle, political, and hospitality industries. Her skillset is heavily focused on digital marketing and social media with an eye for design and photography. She is a SCAD Atlanta graduate with a B.F.A in Fashion Marketing and Management. She is the biggest Harry Potter fan you’ll ever meet, enjoys going on hikes with her one year old Border Collie, and is always thinking about her next meal.
Daniel Bass
Administrative Assistant
Serving as Oust’s Administrative Assistant, Daniel has a hand in the scheduling, invoicing, and communication side of the things. He managed volunteer teams at a local Atlanta church before working as a middle school teacher for six years. After those jobs, his current role is a walk in the park! With minimal provocation, Daniel is happy to explain to you why Whitney Houston is the best singer of all time, or run your next D&D session.
Adán Bean
Copywriter
An introvert with an extrovert’s job, Adán Bean puts words together in all facets of creative life. With over a decade in digital marketing and advertising, he has served as editor-in-chief for various online properties spanning from music to culture sites. His work has been featured on or with brands such as TEDx, Habitat for Humanity, Def Jam Recordings, Cash Money Records, The Bert Show, Chick-fil-A, CarMax, Coca-Cola, Cricket Wireless, Delta Airlines, All Def Digital, and more.
James Harris
Agency Designer
With a background in branding and marketing, James works across Oust and its family of companies as an Agency Designer. His expertise lies in brand development, content creation, and art direction. Before joining Oust, his past work experience includes The Herd Now, Skyline Park, Nine Mile Station, Brad Thor, Netflix, Discovery Channel, SXSW 2019, and NPR.
Madeline Current
Junior Editor
Both as a freelancer and with Oust, Madeline brings with her years of experience in editing, motion graphics, videography, and photography. Her background includes work with non-profits, universities, and lifestyle brands. It’s just as important to note that she is always down to grab a corndog, poké bowl, or spicy snack.
Hunter Cox
Channel & Community Manager
Our Channel & Community Manager Hunter has had a hand in most aspects of marketing, but people and relationships are his passion. He works as a strategist to help startups find their true demographic and brand identity. Hunter brings an understanding of the varied perspectives of different consumers, from grassroots to global (He worked in New Zealand for a time; don't get him started). Additionally, he is a connoisseur of good music and LOTR banter.
Ashlee Haze
Copywriter
Ashlee Haze is a poet turned copywriter from Atlanta by way of Chicago. She has used her background in writing and performance to produce media for brands such as H&M, Refinery 29, Lane Bryant, and the Atlanta Dream. She describes herself as an elderly millennial, making frequent trips to Costco and watching HGTV in her spare time.
Reuben Bidez
Creative Director | Brand Specialist
Whether he’s ideating on a creative campaign, establishing brand identities or coming up with a new word, Associate Creative Director Reuben’s search for originality is insatiable. With a background in songwriting, he brings a fresh and succinct approach, with work spanning from food and fashion to tech and outdoor adventure. When he’s not creating, you may find him singing the national anthem at a Braves game or playing first base for his sandlot baseball team.
Carl Lubbe
Senior Business Development Executive
Carl began his creative career as a songwriter and touring musician, and now uses those same abilities as a storyteller to help companies, brands, and products share why they exist. Born in South Africa, he moved to the Southern United States with his family when he was young. He loves traveling, live music, and Manchester United (not necessarily in that order).
Dan Benson
Chief of Staff
Dan B. is Oust’s Chief of Staff, and he loves helping develop the fastest growing agency in Atlanta. Born and raised in Manchester, England, he graduated as an Athletic All-American playing golf here in the States. After working as a marketing analyst for Supply.com, he transitioned into the role of Marketing and Events Manager for GOLFTEC Events. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he began growing his own business: Druh Belts USA.

Matthew works on our business development team. He enjoys forming strong relationships with both friends and clients alike. Having spent over a decade in the fashion and merchandising industry, his keen eye for what’s current is essential to knowing the needs of Oust’s clients. His three loves in life are family, playing bass, and Legos.
